VAYU JETS provides private aircraft charter sourcing, booking assistance, travel coordination and related concierge services.
VAYU JETS may arrange charter flights through independent aircraft operators and other third-party service providers.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, *VAYU JETS does not operate the aircraft used for your charter flight*. Aircraft operations, crew, maintenance, flight safety and operational control remain the responsibility of the respective aircraft operator.

A quotation does not constitute a confirmed booking until the required payment has been received and written confirmation has been issued.
Quoted prices may change before confirmation if there is a change in itinerary, aircraft availability, airport charges, taxes, positioning requirements or other operational costs.
A charter booking will be considered confirmed only after:
1. The itinerary and commercial terms have been accepted;
2. Required passenger information has been provided;
3. Applicable payment has been received; and
4. Confirmation has been issued by VAYU JETS and/or the operating aircraft provider.
Specific operator terms may also apply to individual charter bookings.
Customers must make payments according to the payment schedule specified in their quotation, invoice or charter agreement.
Payments may be accepted through approved banking or digital payment channels.
Any bank charges, international transfer charges, currency conversion charges or applicable taxes may be payable by the customer unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Failure to make payment within the specified period may result in cancellation or release of the aircraft.
Cancellation charges depend on the aircraft operator, aircraft category, route, timing of cancellation and specific booking conditions.
The applicable cancellation policy will normally be stated in the quotation, booking confirmation or charter agreement.
Certain payments, positioning costs, permit charges, airport charges or other committed third-party expenses may be non-refundable.
Any eligible refund will be processed after applicable cancellation charges and third-party costs have been deducted.

Passengers are responsible for ensuring that they possess all documents required for their journey.
VAYU JETS will not be responsible for denied boarding, immigration refusal or disruption resulting from invalid, incomplete or missing travel documents.
Baggage capacity varies significantly by aircraft type.
Customers should inform VAYU JETS in advance regarding oversized baggage, sports equipment, pets, medical equipment or other special items.
Acceptance remains subject to aircraft limitations, operator policies, airport requirements and applicable laws.
Special catering, ground transportation and other concierge arrangements are subject to availability and may involve additional charges.
Private charter schedules may be affected by circumstances including:
Safety and regulatory requirements always take priority over the planned itinerary.
Where reasonably possible, VAYU JETS will assist in coordinating alternative arrangements, but alternative aircraft or services may involve additional costs.
If the originally proposed aircraft becomes unavailable for operational, technical, regulatory or other reasons, an alternative aircraft may be offered.
Any difference in pricing or terms will be communicated wherever reasonably practicable before acceptance.
Charter flights arranged through VAYU JETS may be performed by independent aircraft operators holding the licences, certificates, permissions and approvals applicable to their operations.
The operating carrier is responsible for operational control of the flight, including aircraft operation, crew decisions and flight-safety matters.
VAYU JETS facilitates communication and coordination between customers, operators and relevant service providers.
VAYU JETS may assist customers with services such as:

Their own terms, availability and cancellation policies may apply.
VAYU JETS will not be responsible for failure or delay caused by events reasonably beyond its control, including severe weather, natural disasters, airport closures, governmental action, war, civil disturbance, strikes, epidemics, technical emergencies, airspace restrictions or other force majeure events.
Where possible, reasonable assistance will be provided to identify alternative arrangements.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, VAYU JETS will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or special losses arising from circumstances beyond its reasonable control or from services independently performed by third-party operators or suppliers.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or restrict liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
We aim to keep information presented on the VAYU JETS website accurate and current.
However, aircraft specifications, photographs, seating configurations, range figures, travel times, availability and pricing displayed on the website are indicative and may vary.
Website information should not be considered a guaranteed offer of aircraft availability or pricing.
All website content, including the VAYU JETS name, branding, logos, graphics, website design, photographs, text and other materials owned by VAYU JETS may not be copied, reproduced, distributed or commercially used without prior written permission.
Third-party trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.
Personal information provided through our website, enquiry forms, telephone, email, WhatsApp or booking process may be used to process enquiries, coordinate charter services, communicate with customers, comply with legal requirements and provide related services.
